How will my gift be wrapped?

All our gift boxes and baskets are presented with our signature tissue paper and satin ribbon.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. You can add a personalised gift message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a card to include with your hamper.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to orders need to be made within 15 minutes of placement. To change your order, please call 0486 029 985.

If this is not possible, we will do our best to assist, however if the order has already been packed, we are sorry, but changes cannot be made.

Do you sell hampers containing alcohol?

Yes. Some Hadley Hampers contain alcohol. In accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws, recipients must be over 18 years of age.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, our prices include GST and all other taxes.

When will my gift be dispatched?

Same-day Melbourne delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm AEDT subject to availability. For other locations, gifts are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

How long will my delivery take?

Where does Hadley Hampers deliver?

Hadley Hampers provides Australia-wide delivery, with fast and reliable shipping options available in all major cities, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. We also offer same-day and next-day delivery in Melbourne metro.

What are the shipping costs?

Australia-wide delivery - flat rate $12.95

Do delivery timeframes change during peak gifting periods?

During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and EOFY gifting, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be slightly extended due to increased courier demand.

Do you offer corporate gifting services?

Yes. Hadley Hampers specialises in thoughtful corporate gifting for clients, teams, settlements, events and special occasions. We offer custom branding, personalised gifting solutions and bulk order support. Please contact hello@hadleyhampers.com.au to discuss your requirements.

Can I send to multiple locations?

If you would like to send gifts to multiple locations, please email hello@hadleyhampers.com.au and one of our gifting experts will be in touch to assist you with your order.

Do you offer settlement gifting?

What happens if an item is sold out?

In the rare event that stock is sold out, we will replace it with a carefully selected product of equal or greater value.

How can I track my order?

At the time of dispatch, you will receive an email to alert you that your gift is on its way, along with the tracking details so you can see that your Hadley Hamper has reached its destination.

What happens if an item is damaged during delivery?

We take every care to ensure your hamper arrives beautifully presented and in perfect condition. However, if damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.

What is your Returns & Refunds policy?

At Hadley Hampers, every hamper is carefully curated, checked and packed to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and in perfect condition. Because our hampers contain perishable and consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something is not right with your order, we will endeavour to make it right.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We will liaise with the courier service and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.
