At Hadley Hampers, every hamper is carefully curated, checked, and packed to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and in perfect condition. Because our hampers contain perishable and consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, including food items, sealed goods, and personalised elements, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your hamper or any product inside arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- A replacement hamper
- A partial refund, where applicable
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong product or hamper in error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We will liaise with the courier and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.
