$12.95 Fast Australia-Wide Delivery.

One simple flat rate. No hidden fees. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched
promptly, with most metro deliveries arriving within 1–2 business days.

$19.99 Same Day Delivery Available for Melbourne Metro

Delivery Timeframes (Express Service)

  • VIC / NSW / ACT / SA Metro: 1-4 business days
  • QLD Metro: 3-5 business days
  • WA / NT / Regional Areas: 5-8 business days

Dispatch Times

All hampers are hand-packed to order and typically dispatched within 1–2 business
days. During periods of high demand, dispatch may extend slightly — but your order will
always travel via express.

Order Tracking

Once your hamper ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey to your
recipient.

Authority to Leave

Couriers may leave parcels in a safe location if the recipient is not home, excluding
hampers containing alcohol.

If you prefer a signature on delivery, please include this request in your order notes at
checkout and we will apply it where possible.

Peak Season & Special Occasions

For Christmas, Mother’s Day, corporate gifting, and other peak periods, we recommend
placing orders early. Seasonal cut-off dates will be communicated across our website and
email updates.

Alcohol Delivery Policy

At Hadley Hampers, we take great care to ensure all alcohol is supplied responsibly and in accordance with Australian law.

Age Requirement 

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that both the purchaser and recipient are aged 18 years or over.

Delivery & Identification

All hampers containing alcohol require:

  • A person aged 18 years or over to be present at the delivery address
  • Valid photo identification to be shown upon request

Our delivery partners may refuse delivery if:

  • The recipient is unable to provide valid ID
  • The recipient appears under 18 years of age
  • The recipient is intoxicated

No Unattended Delivery

Hampers containing alcohol cannot be left unattended, including:

  • At the door
  • With neighbours
  • In a safe place

If no one over 18 is available to accept the delivery, the order may be returned or redelivery arranged.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to the above requirements:

  • Additional redelivery fees may apply
  • Orders may be returned to our warehouse

Responsible Service

Hadley Hampers supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we believe these obligations may not be met.
